Having written the names of all fields, click Generate Fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your fields will be generated, and then you can set whether you want to keep the placeholder and required. You can choose them according to your needs.<br><strong>3. Default Value<\/strong> &#8211; You can enter the default value of your field name.<br><strong>4. Use Default Value as a Placeholder<\/strong> &#8211; Check this option to show default value inside fields.<br><strong>5. Required<\/strong> &#8211; Check this option to make that particular field mandatory\/required.<br><strong>6. Submit Button<\/strong> &#8211; You can add or edit the submit button text.<br><strong>7. Action ( Add or Remove )<\/strong> &#8211; This button will help you in adding more fields. You can also Remove your fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose desired fields and create form for your website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also choose the Drag and Drop field ordering : To order form fields just drag and drop fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After creating your form, don&#8217;t forget to Save it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To display form in your site, you can use the shortcode which will generate in your form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>FYI<\/strong> \u2013 Add \u201cTerms and Condition check box\u201d from the field type option. After creating form under Form list, you&#8217;ll see Shortcode field.
