c. Try to use Cache Plugin.

Cache plugin plays a very important role in speeding site. There are many free plugins available at “wordpress.org” which can be used.

Last but not least a good hosting service provider also decides the performance of your site. So carefully choose your hosting provider.
Instead of using shared hosting try to get a dedicated server for the site.
